If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase:

simply return the item within ten (10) days from receiving date, in its original condition and I’ll happily issue a refund.

  • Shipping costs are not refundable.
  • Pick up available around/in Barcelona. Contact me and I’ll pick the painting up for you, at no cost.

  • Step 1 – Within ten (10) days of the delivery date, please call +34.644.305.483 or email hello@wiktoriaflorek.com to request a refund.

    Step 2 – Repackage the item using the original packaging materials. If you’ve already disposed of the original packaging, please purchase packaging materials to send the artwork back safely.

    Step 3 – Arrange to send the packaged item using a traceable shipping method. All shipping details (including tracking number) must be provided to me via email at hello@wiktoriaflorek.com.

    Please note that shipping costs are not refundable.

    Once the item safely reaches me, I’ll process your return and the amount owed will be refunded to your original source of payment  in the same currency and using the same exchange rate as your original order (minus shipping costs and international customs fees, if any) within 7-10 business days of your merchandise return.

    Please note that: I’m not responsible for undelivered returns. If the artwork is NOT returned in its original condition within the 10-day period from delivery date, a refund wont be issued.

    Step 2 – Save original packaging.

    Step 3 – Take photos of damaged artwork and packaging. Please email these photos to hello@wiktoriaflorek.com.

    Step 4 – I’ll contact you to discuss next steps.
